The Regulatory Compliance team at SALVUS has released our annual regulatory reporting obligations calendar for 2022. The calendar includes regulatory reporting deadlines for Cyprus Investment Firms (CIF), Crypto-Asset Services Providers (CASP), and Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) operating under the supervision of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). On a couple of occasions, CIF, CASP and AIFM are required to submit their regulatory reports to the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) rather than CySEC.
