The company is in good standing and holds a Global Business License (GBL) which is a requirement if a foreign-controlled organisation primarily undertakes business outside Mauritius.

This Investment Dealer has been licensed since 2020 and includes:

• A Mauritius office that is fully furnished and approved by the FSC,
• One bank account,
• Share capital of 30,000 USD, and
• Is onboarded with the payment gateway Virtual Pay.

The following positions are in place:

• 5 directors approved according to FSC guidelines,
• A nominee shareholder is available to stay in position until the acquisition process is complete,
• One auditor,
• A fit and proper Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) approved by the FSC,
• An approved Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (DMLRO),
