The AIFM whose authorisation under section 8 of the AIFM Law of 2013 covers the Investment management Functions of section 6(5) can accommodate, among others, the following strategies;

• Open-ended Collective Investment Undertakings (SICAV)
• Non-European Collective Investment Undertakings
• Registered Alternative Investment Funds (RAIF)
• European Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
• Special or Private Investment Funds (SIF/PIF)

The licensed investment funds manager has a paid-up capital of 600,000 EUR and their regulatory capital requirement is at 175,000 EUR.
