An Investment Dealer licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius has become available for sale.

The entity is a full-service dealer (excluding underwriting) licensed to operate as an online FX broker-dealer and was approved in 2022. It has a bank account with the regulatory capital deposited.

The license has not been used since it its approval and is in good standing without complaints or other such matters. It has 2 local directors and an AML/CFT officer that will be replaced post-acquisition.

The entity has not established relationships with liquidity providers or PSPs, nor with MetaQuotes for MT4/MT5 licensing.

The process of changing the ownership includes part of the premium paid to transfer the share of the Mauritius Investment Dealer company to the buyer, and once that is completed paying the remaining to change the name of the license. After the license is transferred completely, the paid-up capital to the Mauritius corporate bank account is paid. This process usually takes 3 to 4 months.
