Since its first exhibition in Malta back in 2014, SiGMA has exponentially grown and now hosts multiple events around the globe several times each year. In particular, SiGMA has established itself as a global enterprise attracting some of the largest players within the iGaming, RegTech, FinTech and emerging technologies spaces.

This year, SiGMA continues its growth and has invited expert speakers and thought-leaders to its international conference in Malta. To this end, SiGMA has invited our Risk & Compliance Director, Evdokia Pitsillidou, to represent SALVUS and to share our knowledge and expertise on regulatory compliance.

Furthermore, Evdokia will participate as a panellist alongside other high-calibre professionals to discuss how to strategically deal with an AML compliance review. The panel is part of a series dedicated to Regulation & Compliance which takes place on the 15^th of November from 12:05 – 12:30. During the panel, Evdokia will share our expertise on anti-money laundering best practices and how a thorough internal audit review can support the regulated firms to methodologically review their policies and procedures through a risk-based approach (RBA) to ensure compliance and successfully prepare for an inspection by the regulator.
