A full service Investment Dealer license in Mauritius is available for sale.

This Investment Dealer obtained its license from the FSC in Mauritius in 2020 and is authorised to offer the below services:

• Act as an intermediary in the execution of securities transactions for clients;
• Trade in securities as principal with the intention of reselling these securities to the public;
• Give investment advice that is ancillary to the normal course of business activities; and
• Manage portfolios of clients.

The license excludes underwriting and the minimum stated unimpaired capital for this licence is MUR1 million (approx. USD23,000), or an equivalent amount in foreign currency.

In addition, the Investment Dealer:

• has a bank account for the Company with a local bank in Mauritius,
• does not have any active clients as of date, nor any balance in the bank account, and
• does not have or use any Liquidity Provider, nor has in place any platform.
