This SIBL license for sale has the following features:

• UOB Malaysia bank account for client funds
• UOB Malaysia bank account for company operations
• Business relationships exist with the below but are not required to be kept post-acquisition:
  • External auditor
  • Compliance consultants
  • Legal consultants

Executive directors may stay for a further 3 months after the change of ownership to help with the transition.
