An Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) is available for sale.

This ASFL entity for sale is authorised to provide the below services:

1. This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:
   • provide financial product advice for the following classes of financial products:

• deposit and payment products limited to:
  • basic deposit products;
  • deposit products other than basic deposit products;

1. (ii) derivatives;
2. (iii) foreign exchange contracts;
3. (iv) debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government;
4. (v) interests in managed investment schemes excluding investor-directed portfolio services;
5. (vi) securities;
6. (vii) standard margin lending facility; and
7. (viii superannuation;
   • deal in a financial product by:
   • issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products:
     • interests in managed investment schemes excluding investor-directed portfolio services; and
     • securities; and
   • applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:
     • deposit and payment products limited to:
       • basic deposit products;
       • deposit products other than basic deposit products;
     • derivatives;
     • foreign exchange contracts;
     • debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government;
     • interests in managed investment schemes excluding investor-directed portfolio services;
     • securities; and
     • standard margin lending facility; and
   • provide the following custodial or depository services:

• operate custodial or depository services other than investor-directed portfolio services; to wholesale clients.

Currently, there is 1 director and 1 senior manager at the company, and they may stay on post-acquisition but this will be negotiated during the terms and conditions of change of ownership.
