IforPE recruits another SALVUS instructor – Despoina Charalampous
On the 24th of October, the Institute for Professional Excellence (IforPE) officially announced the recruitment of our Senior Regulatory Compliance Associate, Despoina Charalampous.
Despoina is the 3rd SALVUS team member to become recruited by the highest-rated online education platform in Cyprus after our Risk & Compliance Director, Evdokia Pitsillidou, and Managing Director, Nikolas Xenofontos.
For SALVUS, Despoina’s recruitment is a testament to her professional and personal growth as well as a testament to the expertise our team holds, especially in regulatory compliance-related matters within the investment services sector.

Despoina’s first course with IforPE is titled “Review of Regulatory Updates and CySEC Circulars for Q2 2023”. This course covers all the CySEC Circulars released in the 2nd quarter of the year. It also examines in detail CySEC Circulars C576 & C578 regarding the remuneration requirements and collection of remuneration data concerning Cyprus Investment Firms (CIF).
In addition to the course above, we also have over 20 CPD courses dedicated to educating investment services professionals on CySEC’s regulatory frameworks such as AML, MiFID, and MiCA to name a few. These are online self-study CPD courses available 24/7 directly from the Institute’s platform and help CySEC Advanced, CySEC AML, and CySEC Basic certification holders meet their annual CPD requirements.
Particularly, the CPD courses include:

- Instructor video recordings
- Test questions to confirm the knowledge gained from the material
- Certificate of completion awarding CPD units
