SALVUS completes the successful sale of a Seychelles SDL
The SALVUS Mergers and Acquisitions team is pleased to share the successful completion of a Seychelles Securities Dealer License (SDL) entity sale, in which we facilitated the introduction, negotiations and collaboration between buyer and seller. We also acted as the escrow agent and managed the escrow accounts, throughout the transaction.
