SALVUS achieves another FINTRAC MSB Registration in Canada

SALVUS is pleased to share the successful completion of another Canadian Money Services Business (MSB) registration with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC).

The registration was approved within approximately 3.5 months from submission, highlighting SALVUS’ ability to support clients through the Canadian MSB registration process with practical, hands-on guidance from the initial setup stage through to regulatory approval.

The SALVUS Licensing Team assisted the project from company incorporation to final approval, supporting the preparation, structuring and submission of the application. Our approach focused on ensuring that the application was properly organised, complete and accurate before filing, helping to reduce potential delays and limit the need for additional follow-up during FINTRAC’s review.

As part of the engagement, SALVUS also supported the preparation of key supporting documents that are commonly requested during the FINTRAC assessment process, helping the client remain well-prepared and responsive throughout the review.
