CySEC QST Form for AIFM in Q4 2023 – January 2024

On January 5th, 2024, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued Circular C613 to inform Alternative Fund Managers (AIFM), of the submission of the QST Form for the 4th quarter of 2023.

All AIFM-regulated entities are required to complete and submit the new version of the QST Form, via the CySEC Transaction Reporting System (TRS) on the revised deadline:

Regarding the naming convention, the Username denotes the TRS credentials of the regulated entity and yyyymmdd the end date of the reporting period of the form.

The QST form must be completed in the English language and report data in Euro rounded to the nearest unit.

It is highlighted that all AIFM entities authorised by CySEC or appointed as External Managers by 31st of December 2023, must submit the QST-MC form, irrespective of whether they have made use or not of their authorisation.
