ASP, CIF, and MC QST Form

CySEC issues Circulars C765, C766, C767: ASPs, CIFs and MCs Quarterly Statistics (QST Form)–31/03/2026

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued Circulars C765C766 and C767 to inform Administrative Service Providers (ASP)Cyprus Investment Firms (CIF) and Management Companies (MC), respectively, on the submission of the QST Form regarding the first quarter of 2026.

All ASP and CIF regulated entities are required to complete and submit the latest versions of the QST Forms, via the CySEC Transaction Reporting System (TRS) on the below corresponding revised deadlines:

Regulated entityDeadlineForm versionNaming convention
ASP4th of May 2026QST-ASP Version 12Username_yyyymmdd_QST-ASP
CIF12th of May 2026QST-CIF Version 18Username_yyyymmdd_QST-CIF
MC22nd of May 2026QST-MC Version 25Username_yyyymmdd_QST-MC

Under the new version of the QST-ASP form, where client data is required, “clients” refer to anyone receiving administrative services, in line with the definition set out in Article 2 of Law 196(I)/2012. ASPs are also reminded that, in Section F, both the reporting period and the cumulative reporting period refer to the ASP itself and not to its subsidiaries.

For CIFs, the Circular reminds firms that reporting requirements may vary by section, depending on whether figures must be reported as at the reference date, for the reporting period, or for the cumulative reporting period. Firms must read each section’s instructions carefully.

The QST-MC form has been revised with additional sections, but without introducing new reporting requirements. The updated structure is intended to make reporting more straightforward and efficient. CySEC will also hold a Microsoft Teams training session on the new template on Thursday, 23 April 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

It is highlighted that the form must be submitted by all entities authorised by the 31st of March 2026, irrespective of whether they have made use or not of their authorization.

The QST form must be completed in the English language and report data inEurorounded to the nearest unit.

Completion queries should be sent to riskstatistics.asps@cysec.gov.cy  by 27 April 2026 for ASPs, 5 May 2026 for CIFs, and 8 May 2026 for MCs.
