SALVUS Supports tothemoon.com in Securing CySEC MiCA Authorisation
Limassol, Cyprus – July 2026 – SALVUS is pleased to announce its end-to-end support of Brilliantscope Trading Limited, the operator of tothemoon.com, in securing authorisation from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
The authorisation, granted on 29th of June 2026, positions Brilliantscope Trading Limited among the crypto-asset service providers entering the fully applicable MiCA framework as the European Union’s transitional period formally ends on 1 July 2026.
Tothemoon.com is a crypto-native platform that describes itself as a one-stop crypto ecosystem, supporting users from beginners to experienced market participants in accessing digital finance through a secure, user-friendly platform. Its public platform includes access to crypto buying and swapping crypto-assets, market data, app-based access, card-related functionality, and institutional-facing services.
SALVUS supported Brilliantscope Trading Limited throughout the authorisation process, including the initial regulatory strategy, business plan and programme of operations, policies and procedures, AML and compliance framework, risk management framework, ICT and DORA-related support, application preparation, regulator correspondence, and post-approval support.
The mandate was led by Evdokia Pitsillidou, Global Chief Risk & Compliance Officer of SALVUS, who managed the project from regulatory planning through to authorisation.

The authorisation comes at an important stage for the European crypto-asset sector. With the MiCA transitional period ending across the European Union on 1 July 2026, authorised firms are moving from preparation to live operation under a harmonised regulatory regime. For Cyprus, the development further reinforces the jurisdiction’s role as a credible European base for crypto-asset service providers with the necessary governance, substance, and compliance infrastructure.
