EN#0132 – Seychelles Securities Dealer license for sale
A Seychelles Securities Dealer (SDL) license has become available for sale.
The license was issued in 2020 and includes:
- A fully furnished and FSA approved office,
- One bank account,
- 50,000 USD share capital, and
- The process of onboarding a Payment Gateway is already underway.
The company also has the following key positions filled:
- 2 fit and proper directors approved according to FSA guidelines,
- A nominee shareholder is available to stay in position until the acquisition process is complete,
- One auditor,
- A fit and proper Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) approved by the FSA,
- An approved Securities Dealer representative,
- A company secretary performing all duties required by the FSA licensed entity, and
- A professional Indemnity Cover for one year has already been acquired.
