CySEC reporting obligations deadline extensions – 25 May 2022
On the 25th of May, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced extensions to the regulatory reporting obligations. The below CySEC regulated entities must make the necessary arrangements to meet their applicable regulatory reporting obligations as per the new deadline extensions:
- Cyprus Investment Firms (CIF)
- Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM)
- Crypto-Asset Services Providers (CASP)
