CySEC RBSF Forms for ASP, CIF, CASP, & CBR Reporting year 2025
On April 3, 2026, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued Circulars C769, C770, C771 and C772, announcing the Risk Based Supervision Framework (RBSF) reporting obligation for regulated entities.
The purpose of the RBSF Forms is to help CySEC assess the risks of supervised entities through consistent annual data collection.
CySEC requires all entities authorised or registered by 31 December 2025, including non‑operational entities, to submit their respective RBSF forms electronically via the Transaction Reporting System (TRS).

As per the Circulars, no additional information is required on these versions of the Forms in comparison to the previous ones. However, an amendment was added to ASPs under Version 9 of the Form: where client data is required, “clients” must be defined as any person receiving administrative services, in accordance with the definition in Article 2 of Law 196(I)/2012.
Key submission guidance:
- Complete forms in English
- Report data in Euro, rounded to the nearest unit
- Ensure all validation tests pass are TRUE in Green colour
- Consider a submission complete only when a NO ERROR feedback file is received
- Follow the required naming format
- A digital signature is required, except for CBRs
Completion queries should be sent to riskstatistics.asps@cysec.gov.cy by the 11th of May 2026 for ASPs and CIFs, and by the 30th of April 2026 for CASPs and CBRs.
Failure to comply with the reporting obligation will bear the administrative penalties of section 37(5) of the CySEC Law.
