We know that nothing can be achieved if employees are not given proper and complete training for their designated function. This is even more important for employees occupying senior positions or employees dealing with a sensitive business area.

It is often the case that a great candidate from a different industry was hired to join an Investment Firm or a Fund, only to fail miserably. We have seen this happen and we are aware of the cost our clients will face if they allow for this possibility. Our team provides personnel training and support.

Inspections or Audits is one of the most frequently cited reasons our team gets invited to assist in preparing for such events. SALVUS has successfully been part of annual audits from all big four Audit Firms and inspections, for example on Best Execution, from CySEC.

Furthermore, our training has supported Audit Firms’ teams in being able to use an online brokerage’s Trading Platforms & Systems to discover, extract and verify the accuracy of the trading activity samples and execution parameters. This was requested to ensure the firm is auditing reliable and accurate data.
